ACT AUT - Living with autism is an advocacy group by and for queer late-diagnosed autistic individuals in Graz. We aim to increase awareness of autism as a natural aspect of human diversity in terms of neurodiversity and reduce prejudices and fears towards autistic individuals. It is our central concern to strengthen the perspective of those affected ("not about us, with us") by autistic individuals in public discourse and to support the creation of spaces with reduced discrimination for neurodivergent individuals, especially FLINTAs.

ACT AUT provides support for late-diagnosed and queer autistic individuals through networking, peer groups, and knowledge dissemination, as well as recommending suitable and verified diagnostics, psychotherapies, and related consultations. Additionally, our focus is on providing scientifically based information for professionals in the social, educational, and health sectors through workshops, lectures, etc.
